Well where to start, walked in feeling hungry ordered smoked sausage in batter supper waited not long and given food left and opened box to find out it was a regular smoked sausage, went back into shop to mention it was a wrong order expecting to be greeted with a apology and a offer to correct but instead was told “well it was put through as a smoked sausage” like that’s somehow going to change what a had actually attempted to order and then told if I wanted it in batter I would have to wait and I will be charged a extra .20p which was fine and agreed to pay as that’s what I had originally ordered overall attitude towards the situation wasn’t exactly friendly as no such apology or offer to wave the small extra fee due to the inconvenience caused by their own staff. Mistakes happen not their fault was then asked if I wanted salt and vinegar and sauce to which a asked for a lot of salt and a little sauce to which the box was just closed over and handed over the counter with nothing over itnnPetty reason for complaint but as a fast food establishment I would imagine customer satisfaction would be a high priority for them but instead cared more about having to remake a order due to them making the wrong meal and charge a extra 20pnn6/10 will probably be back if not barred
This place was VERY busy and for good reason! We ordered Fish and Chips as well as pepperoni and black pudding pizza. It was all absolutely delicious! There was quite a wait even though we ordered online before we arrived. It is very chaotic, but the employees, as well as patrons waiting for food, were all very friendly. Highly recommend!!
The food is ok but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! They never smile or say thanks as soon as you go in they do ask what you want and grab your money as fast as you like!! But then your left waiting in a cue forever and I mean forever there is no communication between them. It’s really ridiculous even if you phone for pick up you still go in and have to wait , I thought a pick up meant call in go in and pick up. They are really unsuitable for this job.No customer service satisfaction at all!! Pity really as good not bad.
Decent chippy foods amazing, got the fish supper from here was lovely food is a little expensive but worth the wait and price nnAmazing pizza tried a chicken tikka and donner for the first time was outstanding
Had to wait over 15 minutes over my collection time!nPeople from the street were in and served quicker!nStaff skills are poor, charged extra for sauce and it wasn’t even closed correctly, spilled over the bag on the way home!
