Phoned a order tonight for collection 5.30 was told 25 mins gave them 30mins then had to wait a further 45mins standing in shop I do understand your busy but why take so many orders knowing that the costumer service and quality of food is going to suffer We are giving a very high 3 stars as i felt so sorry for the young guy taking the flack for all the complaints he received in the time I waited VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😩😡

Where do I start, our usual shop was closed tried here... for what we usually order here it was £7 dearer !!! So the expectations were high paying £7 more than usual..... we waited 25 minutes for an order with people who were served after us receiving their food first. When we got home all was there but.... the BBQ ribs there was more fat than rib. Sweet and sour sauce was absolutely vile as if they had just poured a load of vinegar into it my first comment when I opened the tub was wow that smells like alcohol... I didn't enjoy eating what was like vinegar and rice.... the chips and vegetable rolls were about all that was ok. For £20.00 not impressed. Won't be back

Great food. Great receptionist ie girl from Sommerset. But del time. Crazy. Would actually stop me from ordering here.
