Absolutely disgusted with the service. Placed an order at 23:40pm and revived the order at 23:50 , called back as the just eat app still allows me to order but I wanted to call to ask for a special request for one of my meals, however the lady just stayed silent when I was talking and told me that they were shut, I insisted that it lets me place the order on just eat but I wanted to ask a special request and decided to call. The manager came in the phone and was so ignorant and told us we can’t order and they are shut, even though it still clearly shows they are open everywhere the business is advertised. This has happened twice now and complained here before regarding the same matter and was told it would never happen again. Ridiculous

Phone it at 11.25 asked if still delivering was told yes and still waiting on our food this is such bad service and it was only two cheese burger meals with juice how long dos it take to make and I’m in bed then the chap your door at 12.50am and the meal rubbish get it sorted 4in 1

I'm a chef at a restaurant nearby and have often ordered from here late at night after work and have never complained about the odd bit missing here or there. ...But when I order at 6pm I expect it to all be together ...pizza asked for deep Pan ...was thinner than a steamrolled piece of paper ...tasted suspiciously like pancake or crepe batter instead of pizza dough ...and for god sake guys learn to use a pizza cutter ...I had slices so big I had to roll them up to eat them ....honestly I'm not mad I'm disappointed....I'll almost certainly order from here again for no other reason than convenience...but I'm disappointed in the pizza chef that was on shift on 12/7/17 from 6pm onwards .... disappointed
