Amazing sales staff and many discounted products

Good branch of body shop with limited supply of products most likely due to closure of other branches and helpful.
Great friendly staff. Recent revamp of the store is a great improvement. Great range of skin products for most skin types. I love the gift bags and gift boxes available. It's great to be able to use the tester pots to get a feel of the products before you buy. The refill bottles are not as attractive as the original ones but also admire the efforts to reduce plastic use.
This branch is good, staff are helpful and approachable and not too in your face. It is slightly small and you do feel like your bumping into things unfortunately. The products are great but pricey. They are naturally resourced. Have used the Himalayan charcoal mask on a regular basis and it's done absolute wonders. The two ranges commonly used are the Vitamin C range and the Vitamin E range. Both have improved the spin rapidly and they feel great too.
Never have I been treated as well as on this, my 1st visit, to this store. Treated like a princess, in fact. The young lady who looked after me was so kind and thoughtful and spent a lot of time with me, helping to choose colours of make-up to suit me. Then showing me how to use it to best advantage. She made me feel special and made my day.
Love this shop . They have some really good quality products. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about products. 10/10
Staff are lovely. Every time I've been there its been clean and tidy. I went end of aoctober which meant that a lot of the Christmas stock was out. There was a great number of it as well as their usual stock.
Are you guys on commission or something?!?! I went into the Broadway store today with intention to buy some mango bath products. Ended up leaving empty handed due to the staff acting like vultures! literally every couple of minutes they were pestering me. it's really irritating and poor customer service to not let a customer browse for God sake. there's helpful and there's annoying.
Love it here, staff are always friendly and helpful!
