I’ve never left a store so annoyed. I went to get some razors and I was with my sister. There was one lady hovering around the store and I asked my sister they don’t ask for ID right just to double check because I don’t really buy razors. And my sister said no they never. The lady who was hovering around clearly heard me and when I went to go pay for them the lady quickly went to the lady at the desk and said something to her and then I got asked for ID. So she clearly heard me and wanted my ID checked for no reason? I told the lady my sisters always come to get razors and no one has ever asked for ID and she said no but it’s blades.. what a dumb thing to say when I’ve said my sisters always get their razors from here and no one has ever asked. I was so confused and annoyed. Anyways I told her let me find ID on my phone then and to serve the other customers and she said “well I’ve already scanned it now” rudely but it’s not so hard to just cancel the items? So I stood there trying to find ID but my sister took hers out and she said yeah okay and when it came to paying she made me give my phone to my sister to pay and when I was grabbing the items she said “oh just for she payed for them I’m gonna give them to her”? And I clearly look over 18 and my sister looks way younger and she took ID from her and made it in such a big thing. when I’ve come with my sisters before they never asked for their IDs. So unnecessary and got me mad over the hassle. If I could give a zero star I would.
Staff are brilliant at helping you look for items. Very friendly. They always go out of their way for us customers
Rubbish staff. Was checking a brush out. No signs lf you use brush you have to buy. Should have explained she can’t resell instead of making it at customers loss. Gutted won’t be coming again.
Asked a member or staff where something was as I’m not from bradford and one lady told me and another made a sarcastic comment “right infront of your eyes “ rude and not needed

What a perfect place to buy anything related to looking after your body, skin and hair. Shampo, conditioner,soap,all kind of oil and cream are available with reasonable price. You can buy toothbrush toothpaste body spray shaving razor etc. You can buy handy medicine. Air freshener, linen freshener and many more item.Good quality and reasonable price.
Good place, lots of different items at very cheap prices.
