For many years Boots has been dispensing my regular medicine. I find the staff in the Pharmacy to be both knowledgeable and pleasant. Boots are also responsible for my hearing care. Lucy, my audiologist, knows her job very well and is very approachable. I had problems with part of my hearing aid last week and she found space for me, without a prior-arranged appointment. She was very helpful and very pleasant. Boots is also where I have regular eye tests. I find staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. All in all Boots should be very pleased with themselves. Staff always polite and friendly Not its usual tidy shop. Christmad selection looked like a jumble sale things every were but were they should be. Optitions first class as always, but be prepared for long visit up to an hour or more.
The worst boots I have ever been into! The shelves were pretty much empty and the shelves that did have items were extremely messy. I went into and there was a pregnant lady who was gossiping with her friend about their relationship issues. I had to wait 4 mins before she stopped the convo to ask me what I wanted and even then she rolled her eyes at me and sent me to the wrong isle. I then had to wait 15 mins before I found someone else who could help me! The worst boots I have ever been to.
I don’t know what happened. Never can get tablets same day. Don’t answer phones.

Whatever you need is there, there is an optician too I went to get my eyesight checked and they were very friendly and helpful.
Quite expensive but it's good if u want to buy medicine, daycare products or even to bye opticals.
