The brand doesn't need introduction. I found what I wanted from natural body products. I just wish they had more options of gift bags. Like toiletries bags that are suitable as presents

I give 5 stars for all lovely staff, however personally to girl called ‘Tracey’ she served me and I didn’t know she gave me small little gift. Thank you so much for all your kindness, and so amazing person. You really made my day even brighter! Thank you so much! I will always come back!

Staff always great in here nothing too much trouble

I do like the body shop, the staff are really friendly, the shop was spotless.

Always a lovely experience, the lady noticed i'd accidently picked up a tester and she was so quick to swap it for me  Also as the que at the till was getting quite noisy and I was getting a bit stressed, one of the staff noticed and asked me if I was paying by card and as I was, she took me over to a quieter area and sorted it with her Ipad and sorted me a loyalty card as well. As someone with autism having someone notice when i'm struggling and goes out of their way to help when I am is so so appreciated. Thank you

I have visited the store on a number of occasions. The products they sell cannot in my opinion be bettered,they are so good. The layout of the premises is very welcoming. The staff are a delight they are so knowledgeable  and helpful  nothing is to much trouble. The products are five star
