Beware, do not use these unprofessional people! I went into the shop to look for a small fitting for a lamp. I was asked to take the lamp so they could have a look at it. They confirmed via text message £15 to repair. When I went to collect he charged me £30. 4 weeks later the welding came lose and I took it back he again said leave it with him. I specifically told him to tell me in advance if there was going to be a charge. He called me to say it was ready. Went to collect he said it was another £10.00 I had. I choice but to pay as he refused to give the lamp back. Got it home to find it hadn’t been repaired! Called him he said he would refund the £10.00 and asked me to send my bank details. I have subsequently sent 20 text messages chasing him and he has kept saying his accounts department is sorting in out?!. “If you can re send me your details and by end of the day you will have your refund today” I went into the shop today to be told he will not be refunding no explanation they apparently do not have a refund policy! So have been promising a refund for 6 weeks and now refusing! Very poor customer service and very very dishonest. Please be careful using this sham of a shop

If Google had more than 5* I'd give it here! Quality products and exceptional customer service all done at unbelievable prices! What's more welcoming is the staff greet you with a smile and guide you through any queries you may have with regards to your DIY needs. Best DIY store in Leicester, would recommend this store to everyone around the area! 100% worth it!

I've been using this DIY and Hardware store for years and they are extremely friendly, helpful, trustworthy and always at a fair price. This family run business has much more in store that you would expect and at really cheap prices. It's always my first port of call if I require hardware items.

These guys know their stuff and give genuine advice. I never leave the store dissatisfied. I had a old citizen watch that wasn't working, I'd tried everything to try and fix it myself, Hussein told me to leave it with him. Only lad got it done for less than a tenner.

Exceptional service! VERY reliable and always helps if they can ... I have been to the store on many occasions and seen how the staff are so attentive to others as well. I will always give my buisness to them. A job well done!
