Story

Chestnuts Coffee Shop is the second coffee shop to be set up by Jim Reavill & Sue Large.
They have just returned back to Leicester from Cornwall after opening and creating the successful Stowaway Tea Shop in Port Isaac. They were the creators of Doc Martin merchandise as the TV series was filmed in the village.
They moved back due to family reasons and have now created Chestnuts in Jims home town of Oadby-going back to their roots so to speak!
Chestnuts aims to offer quality produce and a relaxed atmosphere for local people to meet up with friends and enjoy an excellent coffee and delicious food.
Jim & Sue pride themselves on offering first class customer service which they believe is the key to their success along with quality, locally sourced food.
They will be selling award winning Hambleton Bakery bread which will be used in the preparation of sandwiches & toasties and which is free from preservatives & additives. Along with other Hambleton goodies.
To compliment the coffee shop there will be deli items as well as lifestyle gifts by local company Bunny & Clarke.
Jim & Sue believe the combinations of browsing & having a coffee & a bite to eat will enhance their customers experience and lead to repeat custom.
The menu will include sandwiches. toasties/paninis, jacket potatoes, wraps, salads, soup, homemade cakes & cream teas(a little bit of Cornwall!).
Customers will enjoy free wifi and a read of a daily newspaper while enjoying a coffee & snack.
Loyalty cards will be available for all customers including little ones with the creation of The Little Conker Club for under 8's! They will enjoy a free piece of fruit with their meals to promote healthy eating.
The busy office worker will be able to choose a daily salad box to take back to work as well as a selection of sandwiches etc.
