I love the body shop staff are so welcoming and polite very helpful and went out there way for me the body shop is so clean and tidy the smell from the soap and perfume which I like and the bath bomb's

Absolutely love this store! Their products are amazing and always smell beautiful! The staff are always so friendly and pleasant. The lady that served me today was really attentive and I was even served on the shop floor which made it quicker! She went and got my free gifts too, which was a lovely suprise as I did not know I got any with my purchase. Fantastic service and products!

It was ok ! Normally they pounce on you and ask if you would like any help! I found what I want and found I got 3 for 2 products. I stood at the counter waiting to pay! Eventually the young lady came over and served me. I bought the ginger anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner and gt another shampoo free. This was the Solihull branch.

In my teenage years I always went here. The smell of the soap always take me back to my younger self. The make up is very good quality but can be quite pricey.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who advised me on foundation colours for my wedding.

Fine ethical standards but annoying that just as you get used to a product / packaging they change it.  Best buys are at sale time, but the world is catching up and their principles are no longer unique.

Hey Ladies over here are really nice and helpful.  They tried to be honest saying "I tried this, I used that..." and even "sorry, I didn't have occasion to try it but I will ask my colleague"  ***good job for that***

Brilliant little shop with kind and helpful staff, a wide range of stock and plenty of bundle deals at very good price points.

Nice staff, store was clean and tidy. Great selection of products and the prices were clearly marked.
