I went in today to purchase the new Lancôme Paris fragrance had a very nice experience from the lovely young lad in there, his customer service was amazing thank you for such a nice shopping experience the rest of the staff have no manners but this one person with exceptional customer service skills made my day thank you
It was easy to find. However the perfume I was looking for was cheaper on their website than at the store. In any-case the agent who attended to me was nice

Went in to buy kouros edt. Picked it up off shelf went to pay. Totally ignored by 3 staff. Stood at counter with my wife. No one else in store. So we put it back on shelf and bought elsewhere with after shave for £72.50. Staff need training on customer service. Never go in again. We were standing at counter ready to pay!
staff were great and a great choice of black friday offers, also free wrapping not sure whether this is available all year round.
Nice helpful staff when choosing a fragrance, customised gift wrapping was only a couple of quid. Located in the main Touchwood mall.

Great staff. Still have to sanitize hands when entering the store Which I personally think is a good thing, so well done!. Great selection of perfumes at reasonable prices.
