of us ate here, 3 orders had things missing. Large drinks are the size you would order for children, whilst the "white coffee with a splash of milk" (which only arrived after I had to chase due to this being forgotten about)  was a mug of hot milk with a faint aroma of coffee. If it was busy, I could understand, but there were only 2 other tables eating when we arrived. Poor!

Absolutely vile food, it is disgusting the food is clearly not fresh and is microwaved. the prices are over priced this is a cafe not a restaurant, the manager looks scruffy and is so rude to customers and even the staff, we were here and she started screaming at one of her younger female  staff who you could clearly see was crying, she also shouted at a customer whilst people are in the cafe. The cafe itself needs a make over, the painted tables are all chipped and gross, the floors look as dirty as the manager does. Will never be returning again and I would advise everyone else not to also unless you want a grubby experience.

Service slow, staff seem to want to be else where. Food vile, hard chips, cheap quality, scone with butter and jam served without jam, revolting inedible mess. Don't waste your time and money.

Fairly priced,  nice tasting food with views of the coast and Shanklin. One of my favourite place to eat on the island.
