The Bluebell
"The Langham Blue Bell is a cosy village pub close to the North Norfolk coast, just inland from nearby Blakeney. Little sister to The Harper hotel a three-minute walk away, it serves craft ales on tap and British classics with a contemporary twist, from seasonal pies and puddings to traditional weekend roasts. Open fires add to the atmosphere, and there’s a lovely beer garden in summer."

Delicious roast and a great spot for an afternoon beer. Spacious sunny garden with a nice play-frame for the kids. Inside looks lovely too - if you can pull yourself away from the garden! Will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
The food being served here is simply incredible. For a long time, my favourite and most memorable experience of eating Fish&Chips was at a fish and chip shop in Aldeburgh, Suffolk. In my opinion they are the best in the entire UK...but the Langham Blue Bell has managed to knock that title from the top-spot. It really is that good! Fish and chips aside, they're serving some seriously good food here. Chef clearly knows exactly what he's doing with flavour combinations, local produce and presentation. It's a pub...but not as you know it.
One of the best Sunday lunches we have had. We only came cos we are staying in the village but this place is definitely a destination pub. Excellent food, good wine, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely return.
We popped in for dinner on a Saturday night without a booking. Because we didn’t have a booking we were told it might be a wait for food… it wasn’t. Our food arrived 10-15mins after ordering and is some of the best pub grub I’ve had. We split the chicken schnitzel and burger. Absolutely loved their take on schnitzel and almost wish we hadn’t split it! Definitely worth a meal if you’re nearby
LOVE the Bluebell. They've got everything you'd hope for in a classic British pub - and a lot more. Delicious food that feels home-cooked and gastro-pubby at the same time, local beers, fantastic outdoor space for the kids to run around... the perfect place to spend a summer's afternoon. Couldn't recommend more highly. Kid-friendliness: Great playground to keep the kids occupied for hours while you enjoy your pint.
Do not travel that way very often but am saddened to see it’s temporary closure. I hope it’s only for a refurb although it was lovely as it was and doesn’t need changing imo. The food served was amazing having had two dinners and three breakfasts I have never tasted black pudding so good - each different from each of the three chefs. Highly recommended if the establishment reopens
I loved the food and the service was amazing. Fish and chips was out of this world and loved the sorbet. I hope to come here again sometime soon!
Stopped for a drink as use to use the pub in the 60s The bar staff were very friendly ,didn't have any food because it was out of our price range, but that was to be expected in this areaService: 5/5
Nice pub with friendly staff. As a vegan it was nice not to have the plant burger. I chose a beetroot and butternut Wellington that was really good. It would have had a 5 star if there had been obvious vegan choices on the dessert menu. Will go back though. Vegetarian options: Good choice Dietary restrictions: Vegan choices
My friends and I dinned here during Norfolk restaurent week, we had a superb three course meal that was absolutely delicious! Wonderful and friendly staff in a lovely atmospheric pub! I’m sure we will return!
