Owned by our father originally, son's Chris and Peter Kattou took over 27 years ago. Offering English and Continental cuisine. We are open 7 days a week for good food and good company.

In Darlington on business from the US. I wanted to venture out from the Bannatyne Hotel, and found this lovely restaurant. Hearty portions, excellent home cooked flavor, and a very friendly staff. I felt like I was having dinner at a close friend or relative's home. Ifvyou go, make sure you order dessert!
Literally one of the best restaurants in the town. With such a pedigree and amazing food, this place is among the oldest restaurants in Darlington and has always been great.
Excellent little restaurant, most friendly people you will ever meet. Food is home cooked fresh, and is gorgeous.
Beautiful prepared fresh food and a great friendly service
