Stopped in for a quick bite and arrived a good half an hour before the main lunchtime rush.. Figured I couldn't go wrong with a burger. Wife just had salad. She ate while I watched what I suspected as being my food 'mature' under the keep warm heat lamp for 10 full minutes. The lamp didn't do a good job, and the burger patty was the single most tasteless object that I've eaten. The only part of the burger construction that contained any flavour was the burger sauce, and there was such a microscopic amount present that it was barely noticable. When it came to paying, a computer error tried to charge me £35 for a £16 'experience'. Kitchen staff clothing was visibly filthy, and not in a 'recent kitchen accident' way. More like a 'laundry services are a myth' kind of way. One positive was our waitress, who appeared to genuinely be a people person, but had too many tables to serve on her own.

Large review here! Fantastic food! The building is very aesthetically pleasing and I loved the look of it, it's very well looked after by the cleaners. My food was extremely nice and I have no issues with it, it all tasted amazing and was cooked great (Although the mixed grill for my fiancée was slightly rarer than we asked for, but we're really not too fussed about it). The only real downside is that there were a lot of screaming children and it was hard to have a nice conversation with my fiancée - But I understand that there's nothing the restaurant could do and therefore no stars were removed, it's just a personal issue. The staff are also all very friendly, such as the kind man who greeted us as the door and our waitress Hannah, who was always there to help us and never let us down. For some reason when she brought the card machine over and I paid, it didn't give me an option to tip! Some other Harvesters have this feature and I always use it, I was very sad when I wasn't able to tip Hannah for her great service. I will 100% be going here again, and it's now our go-to restaurant for date nights. Great work everyone! :)

Went for breakfast was very disappointed bacon was cold, black pudding was so hard you could of used them as a door stop! The spread of breads and fruits was lacking in choice! As I said disappointed as I really enjoy going to harvester and this is the first time I haven't enjoyed it. However the manager was very nice and offered us a discount on the bill. She is the reason I've put two stars not one.

We went for mothers day lunch time meal and had a meal for 6 all our food was hot and tasty. The salad cart was full and fresh. We all enjoyed our meals and although there were 3 mum's eating 2 of us got a small pot plant which was very thoughtful 💐

Despite being very busy, our food was cooked beautifully and the wait was only the time I'd expect it to take the food to cook. Staff friendly and efficient. Very good.
