Lovely at table service - catering well during the corona virus. Staff were pleasant and let us know how to order and offered to find a table for us. Atmosphere was cozy and there is a nice garden area to sit at the rear. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Good amount of parking at front.

Had a meal with friends on a cold autumn evening. We all had pies, game, fish and the legendary steak and ale. Absolutely delicious. Great to hear they'll be selling them during lockdown.

Ate in this lovely pub yesterday. One of the nicest pub meals I've had. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Social distancing well observed.

The best pub I have ever visited in the UK. Historic setting very well preserved, very polite and professional staff. I didn't try their meal so I'll definetely come back for more. I strongly recommend it.
