Brilliant staff, the mental health team are helping me through so much and see always happy to see me.

All smoke and mirrors with a high turnover of staff with module based skills. Have done very little over the last three years. Lack empathy and still working from home. A busted flush. The building is empty. Needs to be turned into a Wellbeing Hub for the community. Shameful in my opinion. It needs to offer a service to fit the needs of the 21st century and levelled up to the standards of the South. The client should come first. Please breathe new life into an ailing system.  Wake ⏰ up and smell the coffee! Talking of coffee it would be so much nicer if you did resume sitting down and having a coffee with your clients. Put down the pen for once and show some kindness and humanity.
