Friendly and attentive drones staff this this unassuming local pub with a first class food and well represented beverage menu. My Negroni was a perfect balance of gin and sweet vermouth whetting the appetite for a most tender venison pie and satisfying dessert with Irish coffee. Certainly fit for the queen bee.

First visit to The Beehive. Very friendly, professional staff, best service I've received. Great tasting food and wine. Prices are at the higher end of the scale, although not outrageously so. Well worth it when the whole experience was so exceptional. Again, the staff were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend a visit.

We stopped here for lunch en route from Thame to Bracknell for Sunday lunch. We were warmly welcomed and the service was very attentive without being intrusive. We had an excellent meal and really enjoyed our visit. We noticed that the restaurant became much busier after 1.30 pm. And so remember to reserve a table!

A really top-notch romantic meal (including delicious rabbit and bluit lasagna for starter and stunning shared rack of beef for main). Nicely decorated gastro pub with dedicated dining area served by friendly and helpful staff.
