Utterly charming staff, great atmoshpere, even more enjoyable if you can afford the best wines.  Give them some slack ... they are busy, because they are popular.  Rather like the Beckford itself best avoided at weekends; unless you enjoy the braying of DFLs in competition.

Not at all 4 stars, less than one !
Went on Saturday morning to buy a 35£ bottle of wine and not even told there was a wine tasting on Saturday night Nov 19. Learned it to day by friends.
erg bad experience. Went not long ago to buy a bottle of Grand Marnier. Did not have it.
Will never go back to buy anything from these unfriendly people!
