We are so lucky to have this amazing studio just a few miles away. The reformer pilates sessions are tailored to your capabilities and are such a fun way to tone your body, while in lovely company.
I have been treated by Mark Bender for over a decade now and I can honestly say that he is the best physio I have ever had. I’ve been very active throughout my life, doing sport including gym work, swimming, cycling, skiing, waterskiing, sailing, running and triathlons. Ergonomically my muscular skeletal system is on the dodgy side, I have several slipped discs in my cervical and lumbar spine, a slap tear and a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder, I’ve had knee surgery and I have wear and tear across the system, but Mark has kept me up and running – literally – for all this time. What I love most about him is that he understands that physical people need to move and he’s never told me to stop doing any of the sport that I do. He encourages movement, even in injury. Mark is intuitive about the human body and to be honest the only word I can really use to describe him is talented. I feel so lucky to have had him support me all these years, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Sssh. The secret’s out.
I visited Studio Zest to see Mark Bender for a back issue that I had been battling for years. Mark approached the issue from a different angle to any other physio I had seen over the years and within a few sessions he had me in a much better place. 8 months on from his treatment and advice I am now completely back pain free. I would really recommend visiting Mark and his team.
I had SUCH a lovely massage today with Ellen. It was my first time at Studio Zest and I could not have enjoyed it more. Ellen gave me a truly wonderful massage and I left invigorated and energised! What a treat. Thank you so much I will be back soon!
