Worst experience ever! Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if that was possible. The staff are very very rude and don’t know basic customer service skills. Their attitude to customers is absolutely DISGUSTING! Never in a million years would I go back and the worst part is they didn’t even do the job properly... They ruined my brows. Waste of money, waste of time! Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Beauty lounge is the worst salon in Stoke. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and have no communication skills whatsoever. Their attitude stinks. They messed up my nails and brows!!  It was a waste of money! Never going back. Do not waste your time going there

This was the first time I've gotten my nails done professionally, and it was for my 21st birthday. Thought I'd treat myself, spend some birthday money. 
I have never been so disappointed in spending my money as it was a complete WASTE of 25 pounds. 

I had acrylics done, they are lumpy, they don't fit my nails, the decoration is completely screwed as she didn't put the ribbon on properly and it stuck on by accident in the wrong place. 

As the beds of the nails are so unkept and obviously rushed, they catch when I put on clothes, shoes, when I run my fingers through my hair, etc. 
She made them miles too long, I had to go home and cut them down to the ACTUAL size I wanted them, even though I made it very apparent that I wanted them a lot shorter. 

I will never come back here, even if it were the last nail salon left on earth.
