This was my worst nightmare!!! Went to have my hair cut in a style at this salon and the woman butchered my hair!!! I have never known a hairdresser to cut hair in a style using a razor for the whole process.... 😏😏😏 I wanted my hair cut in a layer!!! Because she used a razor my hair is very stringy and does not look sharp, my hair looks uneven and a hot mess!!! 😡😡 😏 she said this is how she was trained in Africa 🤨🤨🤔🤔 I would strongly recommend people to stay clear from this shop if you’re having a haircut!!

Absolutely brilliant. Great happy with what I've had done. Great price... 
My weaves have been so good I keep going back for more and more. I've not had one complaint to make I love the shop I love the hair.

It's just Brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else. And I can't wait to get my weave done soon again!!! Brilliant well managed hair salon. So happy with it.🙂❤️

Had booked a appoitment for my hair a weave to be fitted in. Quickly got me in and did it. Asked what i wanted and how i wanted it. Told them exactly how i wanted it didnt take no notice of what i had asked! Did the weave got home to find out that i couldnt put it up like i had asked for it to be done. Paid £125 for something that was done wrong i messaged the owner of the shop and said it was done wrong not how i asked it to be done. It then took a week later for her to get back to me after her reading the message as soon as i got back home she blaintly ignored my messages! A week later she got back to me saying come in she shop and lets see what we can do. I ring her the following week what time can i come up? She said im on holiday so waiting another week for it to be fixed i messaged her and asked when shall i come? No reply just red my message and ignored me again. I messaged mulitpul times complaining it wasnt right. It had started to itch like mad. She never let me know a time or a date to come up and get the problem fixed. Very good on booking you in and then when there is a problem not quick at fixing it. I had asked for her to re do it properly like i asked or id like my money back. I got no reply at all. After 4 years of doing my hair i wouldnt of thought or even guessed she would of done this to me. Its falling out track has been missed over priced for what has been done. Will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. After all the money you have had off me and you do this on me. No chance! Rip off for what you get. Its a good job ive found a decent hair dresser who wont let me down or rip me off.

My partner had her hair braided here and they did an absolutely terrific job. She looks outstanding with the Rasta braids and it was well worth the money. 
The hairdressers were extremely courteous, polite, and very helpful and make you very much at home. 
My partner Tye would highly recommend Alpha Solutions and suggest that anyone wanting their hair braided to give this salon a go. 
5 stars all round for a superb service.
