Now offering a take-away menu at very reasonable prices. Good portion size too and up to their usual standard of food. Would recommend!

My wife and I rent a cottage in Shropshire twice a year and always take Sunday lunch at The Bear (HODNET) on each visit. The quintessential traditional old English pub/restaurant with timber beams, log burner and good food and ales. Try it, you will like it.

The restaurant was great, food was delicious and it catered for a large party at short notice. The waiting staff were very friendly and helped us with all our meals with professionalism and courtesy. Would highly recommend.
