Lovely coffee ☕ served by friendly staff in a lovely setting overlooking the Bruce memorial. Good selection of snacks. Good wide selection of gifts and you can also experience the battle, dress up and take part in a number of activities. The coffee shop is very reasonably priced. The interactive experience is however expensive. Enjoy a walk in the grounds along with the numerous dog walkers who frequent the park.

By far if your looking to discover more about Scottish history this is your place! The National Trust have created something beyond anything words can even begin to say. The pure genius from the special effects to the setup and the staff everything is great! You start by watching a short video about the lead up to the Scottish wars of Independence. Then you enter the battle training room. Inside you will be met by weapon replicas, 3D animations of what it was like on the battlefield field ( appropriate for young children ) and 3D holograms of people you might have met on the battlefield Next you enter the battle room. This is a spoof game of the actual battle you can decide fate, will Scotland or England win! Battle it out in this tense game between two sides. Then head out to watch a video summing up what you have seen and head to the cafe for a cup of tea before you walk to the Robert Bruce Statue and memorial. A great day out and highly recommended!

The presentation and interactive experience was brilliant! Suitable for all, it does get a bit intense, as war does. However the lessons learned are what we need and Bannockburn was an important part of Scottish history. Not to be outdone, we had a nice sandwich and juice in the cafe. Inexpensive and delicious! Venturing out to the battlefield, Robert the Bruce statue dominates... The entire time we spent there was well worth the drive!

4 AND A HALF STARS Cool experience, educational and interesting. The staff are exceptionally knowledgable and enthusiastic. The game itself is very cool and great for groups that have good communication. The only reason I do not give it five stars is because some of the animations and technology seems a little bit dated. Do not let that deter you from visiting however.

Great fun. The hosts are funny and informative. A really creative and immersive way to learn about the battle. I recommend that you take part in the war when given the chance....It's superb.
