My first time here today and I loved it! The customer service is amazing and I was so happy with the final result. I had my trim done by Sidney, she did a great job and really looked after me. Recently had a cut and blow dry by Emma. It was the first time if used this hairdressers and I am so happy that I was recommended it. Made to feel welcome and advice offered. I will most certainly return.

After not looking after my hair and not having it cut for 5 years, the task fell to Emma to try and sort it out. Emma is a magician, my hair is now in better condition, brilliantly cut,  and looks fantastic. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Got my hair hair coloured and cut by Ricky Absolutely loved it Amazing friendly staff Made me feel very welcome The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean.tricia is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. very friendly and polite will  be back soon thank you love my nails

Fabulous staff members that work there. Can have a REALLY good laugh with them, & I have an absolutely FABULOUS hairdresser that I go to all the time at The Basement. She knows who she is, & over the time that I have been going to her I have gained her trust, & she is also a REALLY GR8 friend. The staff are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful in there & always make u feel welcome. U get offered either a cup of tea or coffee. I will NEVER change hairdressers. I absolutely love that place. From what I have seen, they are all GR8 hairdressers, & a couple of Gr8 nail technicians/beauticians as well.

First time visiting for my Christmas hair with Sarah! She was super lovely as were the other staff that were in. It is clean and welcoming even with the Covid restrictions in place. It has a real down to earth feel which is what I love so if you're wanting a slightly posher experience head massage, comfy chairs, extensive treatments and products to buy then this probably isn't for you but then non of that takes away from the experience of the hairdresser so that didn't put me off at all The pricing is super reasonable but I would imagine that also has something to do with where it is located and again what products they are using and the clients that visit. I loved my hair and my experience and have already booked again. It is cash only payment.
