I couldn't even give it a single star but had to select atleast 1 star for my review to be seen by others, as this place is the worst you can go to, in the whole of swansea. Firstly, this place has a very bad management and also hasty staff. It lacks the key feature in being called a night club, it rather be called a fight club. Fight club is not meant for the customers but to the Door staff. The door staff in peppermint ill-treat you, no matter what the time of the day is or wether you are intoxicated or not. They have a major issue about the door staff which they don't want to accept. High time they start looking for more humanely door staff !! If they don't like the look of you, they will use abusive words at you. They are very discriminating and the drinks and food are overpriced for the quality. You don't want to be paying so much for microwaved frozen food !! Secondly the so called VIP area is just a scam. It is so dodgy, you don't wanna be in there !! Avoid this place like a plague !!

Went for a works party. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Very expensive for drinks. Difficult to talk to friends also as music is VERY loud.

Worst dinner service ever. Peppermint Swansea embarrassed themselves with appalling service. We turned up early Sunday evening, the place was almost empty, just one other table. Our server took our order, all was going well so we started to wait for our food. Forty-five minutes later, we asked what was taking so long. Our new server apologised and mentioned a shift change. He came back ten minutes later to tell us chef has began plating up our food and offered us free drinks. So we waited another ten minutes or more, still nothing but an offer of 25%discount from the manager, but not actually made in person. The duty manager at the time, gave a side glance at our table and walked away. The place was empty, his staff had completely messed up a simple food order and his customers were becoming really frustrated but he couldn't afford to show professional courtesy and come over to apologise in person. He was apparently at the end of his shift. Another ten minutes later, our burgers and chips turned up completely cold. Just as we were thinking of complaining, our nachos turned up burned to crisp with a new manager who actually couldn't even offer an excuse as we left, food uneaten and still starving.

Amazing industry nights (on a sunday) cocktails are amazing staff are super friendly. Food wise I've only ever had a pizza from here which was amazing to be fair. One of the bars on Wind Street which you can have a lot of fun in.

Food has always been great here. Seasoning in my opinion is on point, other people may disagree as seen from other reviews but the food is nice. The staff are very friendly. Even on a night out the staff are great (RPS Wednesday whoop whoop). Drinks are reasonable and the cocktails are very nice but a little bit over priced. During the day it's normally the perfect ratio of not too busy or too empty. Then at night it's packed with people with a socialable drinking area and music area. Never had a bad time here hence the 5/5.
