Absolutely loved our time there....staff were so friendly and welcoming even gave us a deal because it was my daughter's birthday that day
Could be sued for false advertising. Visited on a Sunday afternoon. "We're only serving fried food." "What does that mean?" "Chips." The menu promises steak cut chips and hand made, beer battered onion rings. We got the cheapest own-brand straight out the freezer fries and onion rings. Couldn't even finish them they were so bad. First the football wasn't on. Then the football was on, but not in the pool room. Then it was on, but the Fulham Vs Newcastle match, with audio from the Rangers game. Meant you couldn't enjoy either! Used to enjoy going here for a few hours of pool, some drinks and food. But it's like it is deliberately being run into the ground. Won't be back.
Trying for first time, staff was really cooperative and friendly. Parking and access to Ball Room no problems. Played snooker, table was of a very good standard. Nice place to play pool, snooker or darts and watch live sports. Would definitely recommend and go again.

I was in the ball room today with 6 friends.Two stars is generous when the lassie working practically told us to leave for having too many people at the one table when it states on the website max 6 to a table also never had a problem when the other people are working but when this lassie is working she seems to be rude to teenagers
Came here today for a game of pool with 5 friends, everything was fine until a woman who worked in the ballroom started saying it’s 4 to a table anyone not playing has to leave. We have never had this problem with any other workers and I will not return to the ballroom due to this terrible customer treatment
Place was busy due to champion league final .the beer was bad and they ran out off beer ..so everyone left ..so we had to goto another pub. When events like that .should be managed better . But over all was OK till then ..
Great fun bar with snooker, pool and table tennis even. The service is friendly and the online digital jukebox has access to a huge selection of tracks. Great place for a party with a function room with three tables to play on for your guests.

Hadnt played pool since i was a teenager. Brilliant! The inly disappointment was when one lady staff member - bleached blonde hair,shirt hair with waistcoat rudely shouted to my wife when she was leaving,that my wife had not payed the bill? Incorrect of course and we had never stepped inside this place as a couple in 30 years of marriage - Sadly,wont be back,due to this not very nice and ill mannered -we would never avoid paying what we owe etc.....
