Just had the worst experience over the phone. I called the bar to see if it was possible to reserve a table and I got the reply " no sorry, We don't ever reserve tables as we're always busy" I didn't even have a chance to ask another question about the likelihood of getting a table. He could not wait to get me off the phone. The most disgusting service replicating the "computer says no" attitude I have ever experienced.  Absolutely gutted.  It's a shame that a clearly popular bar has such awful service. I hope it back fires in your faces. Fyi, that's 14 people that won't be visiting your place, ever. That's average £10pp for 1 or 2 drinks. Do the maths and get out of hospitality.

Great for burgers & breakfasts, which are reasonably priced. Good range of beers & cocktails. My son recommends the shakes which come with ice cream. Wouldn't hesitate to visit The Balcony again.

A bit noisy if you want to chill out. Food too expensive for what it is. View of St Ives very good.

Worth seeking out if you want to catch a live match.  Food is good, plenty of tables and great service.  Also recommend a morning coffee by the big windows when the sun is out.

A great restaurant! The food is brilliant and delicious. The interior is well furnished and has large TVs and more. The view from the top floor dining area is lovely over the harbour and compliments everything else. Overall it is an all round great place to eat!!
