very busy and atmospheric traditional public house with 3 bar areas and an additional outside seating area overlooking the sea. The pub also has a further bar and seated decking area reached by crossing the carpark at the rear known as the Upper Deck A wide range of food is available for large parts of the day and in the evening and specials often including seafood are usually available. there is always a very wide range of real ales cyder and wine as well as spirits and wine highly recommended

The pub is in a great position by the harbour, but is obviously very commercialised. Good beer selection, great food upstairs at the captains table. We'll worth a visit.

Stayed at the Sloop for a long weekend very good value great service polite staff. Definately going back had a lovely time. Recomend to all.

A unique location and experience!! Off-season, we had a lovely en-suite looking over the harbor and beach, with breakfast in our room at the view windows. We had locally caught mackerel and fishcakes, served in the bar.

Really can't fault them. Lovely staff, special mention to Nicola. Room was lovely, great food, cost bar. Will be back 😀😀
