Walking round the reservoir, and didn’t have any drinks so we popped into the shop, great for some refreshments.

Lovely Store, All Staff very helpful and Polite

Village store with friendly and helpful staff.  A wide variety of fresh food is available including poultry, meat and sausages from Balcombe Estate, local cheeses, daily local bread deliveries, hot snacks, artisan breads from Ardingly bakery e.g olive & red Leicester, sourdough, cornbread Sat only, can be reserved by 'phoning day before ..fantastic Danish pastries which have often all sold before 10 am! vegetables, salads and groceries, selection of cakes/biscuits, sweets & chocolate, daily newspapers, magazines and cards. Post Office Monday & Friday mornings.

A fantastic local shop that has a bit of everything including a Post Office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Friendly staff, a fantastic selection of deli meats and cheeses. Fresh Bread,  Fresh vegetables, salads, chocolates, and alcohol available.  As well as a hot snacks - pastries, sausage rolls and homemade sandwiches. Can grab a hot drink from their machine too. Stamps and newspapers and some stationary available. Great service too.

Great little local village shop , still serving a great service to a small rural community that's still and hopefully remains a reasonable distance from the hustle and bustle of surrounding towns

Quaint little shop in a village. Has everything you'll need which in my case was loads of sweets and some bread.  Normal supermarket stuff and some nice local produce which is appreciated.

Excellent small local store with a surprisingly large range of good quality produce for sale from friendly staff. Part time post office as well.

A bit pricier than the big supermarket but very convenient, good selection of goods and considering the convenience  and saving in fuel  costs it's well worth it

Nice village store and the filled rolls and sandwiches are very nice.
