Our company Daruma Group used  this place for our open day for a course and it was wonderful. So lovely and attentive and had everything we could ever need for an amazing price. Will deffo be using anytime we need a Ashton location! Thank you so much!

It's helping me so much do cope with my issues

We booked a Conference room at The Anthony Seddon Centre to hold Tameside-Divers Snorkelling lectures. The room was well laid out and enough space for each of our 20 students to sit comfortably at a table. The centre provided the use of a OHP and Screen as well as tea, coffee, Juice and chocolate biscuits for the students. The staff member was very welcoming and extremely helpful.. An absolutely perfect place in the centre of Ashton-under-Lyne to hold our lectures/exams. We will definitely be hiring the facilities again in the future...they even opened up for us on a Saturday to help us get all our students together at the same time...Amazing..

Great place for people suffering with mental health and Suicidal feels. You can talk about anything here and there's always someone to listen and help you through the pain. They also help families with how to cope with their loved ones needs. And they help families and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide. They even help children as young 10 years old with mental health. Oh top of that they help police Drs and schools understand mental health issues which has made it so more easier for those suffering. The people that work there are angels and really go out of their way to help you. If you feel you need any sort of help please visit this place. They make you feel so much better so you don't need to suffer anymore.

What an amazing charity, I would like to thank all the staff, who have made me feel so welcome, I was not sure what to expect, but I was amazed at how welcome I felt, how easy it was to open up to ppl I had only just met, I now look forward to my Wednesday group, Can't thank you enough

This is an amazing place to go if you have mental health problems. They offer a wide variety of activities everyday and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. A really positive and safe environment to be in.

I've been here a few time's now and every time i have been made so welcome. I have bipolar effective disorder and find each day for me a battle. They don't judge you and they offer drink's and toast n other food item's. They have activities for everyone to join in and a art group. I really enjoy going here and alway's feel better within myself when i visit here. Keep up the great work you all do for mental health. RIP Anthony.

I wandered in here today in the midst of a panic attack; needed a safe supportive place with kind people. At a low point and feeling defeated- these caring, welcoming non judgemental people helped me regain control and realise it's a set back day and not the end of the world. Thank you so much. Your drop in is invaluable. I'll be coming to some of your other activities.

Superb place to go for help with mental. Health issues they totally understand you and that everyone is different.
