Always a warm welcome at animal house and they listen and get to know your pets. We trust their advice and always been happy with the way they look after our little doggies. Our parents take their dogs here too and would recommend to anyone.

Took our 7yr old lab in as she was not well, told she had pyometra and she had an operation and has been perfect since back to full energy. Researched price and was best out of 3 vets. Excellent staff and Excellent vets all round.

On our initial visit all the staff were very friendly and helpful, Since then we have been treated very badly! We paid for antibiotics on our first visit to be collected when they had them in stock but when that particular antibiotic wasn't available we payed a further £21 for another more expensive one. Now they will not release the medication because of a bill from 2015 that is nothing to do with us. When my partner asked for our money back he was told someone who could help would call him back. Someone (a director) did call back but she was in no way helpful in fact she was extremely obnoxious and rude talking to my partner like he was somthing she had trodden in!!! So now we are £50 down and have no antibiotics for our sick animal. I'm very angry and feel completely disrespected.

My dog was lost in the park once and some kind person found him and handed him into this Vets. They scanned his microchip and we were reunited after I was contacted. This happened a few years back now but I'm still very grateful to them.
