We have been with the practice for years and fully trust Mark, Jane and Carly with our three dogs health. After all they are our babies and we only want the best care. The practice is welcoming. Janet always makes a fuss of the dogs. I would highly recommend the practice Thank you for all you do for our babies
Our dog Lexi was taken ill today. Rang in with symptoms, got in straight away. As soon as you see Mark you know you are in the best hands. Everyone at practice on reception, the nursing team and Mark are pleasant, thoughtful and you just know you are getting the very best care for your 4 legged family member. Absolutely first rate practice, can’t thank them enough for the care they give.
Our pooch May as well be our son, so integral is he to our family unit, so when he ruptured his crucial ligament it hit us hard. Mark and his colleagues at Medivet responded very quickly to the referral from our usual vet and treated Wilf with kindness, compassion and skill based on a lot of hands on experience. From initial consultation through to the actual surgery everything was managed like clockwork; then the surgery was described in detail to us in terms we could follow. Early days but hopeful that Wilf is going to make a full recovery within the expected timeframe.
I've been with this vets for over 10 years and never had a problem all staff are so understanding and patient. I can only go on my experience .... they really care for your pets
Vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, took his time to examine amd discuss. Reception staff very welcoming. Professional and friendly, very reasonable cost.
I have been to two medivets surgeries, one for assessment & another operation on my dog Max, both were excellent!
