Simply the best. They go above and beyond. Wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my fur babies.

Initially tried to book my puppy with another vets practice in the town who were not very helpful on the phone. Thankfully I called emscote vets who were far more helpful. We have been using them for nearly a year now for regular checks and a few other problems. Always very polite, friendly and helpful.

Very poor vets went 5 times with problems with dog explaining them and always put it down to a bad tummy and sold us off the counter pills paid for blood tests with them and was told our dog had Kindney failure stage 2 and our dog won’t last much longer ! - got a second opinion with a vet that cared, turns out the whole time he had Addison’s disease which is totally manageable ! It’s like the vet dealing with our dog lost all compassion for animals and helping treat them (even asked where we got the dog from) implying we got a cheep one from bad breaders ! Was made to feel very small and spoke down to by the vet, if you want a properly diagnosed take your dog else where, if you want A half hearted effort done to find the first way they can sell you off the shelf medicine bring your vet here ! In my opinion the vet judged my father as he was in his work clothes, (he’s a builder) and spoke down to him like he was stupid this was not the case he was just a man who just wanted his Dog better, thank god we found Avonvale vets who cared and done everything they could to do the best for our dogs, This vets is not good for serious illnesses took our dog 5 times and told upset stomach we are not vets, it’s the vets job to surgest tests and think why is a dog of 3 coming back and forth 5 times within the space of 6 months
