Me and my partner had our baby shower here. What a wonderful venue with amazing and helpful staff. The choices of buffets was great and all of our guests really enjoyed the food. The landlord Rob, Lewis and Ayla were especially helpful too and made the whole experience extra special. Thank you to all the staff. If you are looking for a venue for whatever the cause then I would highly recommend.
My partner and I had our baby shower at The Alleyns Head in May and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue. Rob and Lewis checked in with us in the run up to the baby shower to ensure we were happy with the chosen area, timings and buffet selection which was really helpful and reassuring. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, as always. The buffet selection was absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all. There was a great selection of drinks available, including a good non-alcoholic selection for myself who was pregnant. We would totally recommend The Alleyns Head to anyone wanting a small or large function. Thank you to Rob and the team.
We had breakfast with Santa as a mixed group of adults and kids. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We had 2 lovely waitresses, one called Isla, who were so friendly and helpful. The Santa & the gifts were great too. Top service, really good value for money, I highly recommend it. We're planning on booking it again next year!
Standard pub. Only one drought cider, Strongbow. A lot of seats outside and inside, parking for bicycles and cars. Nice and helpful staff.

I have just visited the Alleyn's Head Restaurant/ Pub for the first time with my mother who is 92 years old. We have lived in Dulwich for 46 years and this place is an absolute gem. The restaurant is clean, spacious and the ambience is great. We both want to say that the service was excellent, the food was prepared to a very high standard and was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very polite, especially Joyce who went out of her way to ensure we were both relaxed and comfortable. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Alleyn's Head for a lovely Sunday roast. You will definitely see all my family and myself at your pub again very soon. Yvonne & Pearl .

Sister in law had her birthday party here. Great size venue buffet food was really nice staff are really Friendly.. service with a smile! and decent beer on draft! Would definitely visit again!
Place and staff , lovely. Sadly Sunday lunch lacking big time. Can't believe how packed place was considering the very poor food. Suspect veg was frozen as it was so stringy. Was a real let down. Friend a veggie; would have needed saw to get to her veggie Wellington. Wake up Dulwich , food is well below par. Disappointed from hither green.
We went in a group of 3. One person with reduced mobility and another with limitations in listening. However, the pub was easily accessible and the music in there wasn't disturbing at all. Lovely, polite, professional, friendly...staff and the food: OMG!!! The food was delicious for a incredibly reasonable price. Also, we were allowed to play scrabble and definitely, obviously...we will come back again and again.
