Good barmaid, clientele, dogs, beers, decent range of soft drinks and Becks Blue for those driving. And a good old fashioned bar, even has a piano.

Spent my third NYE at the Aletaster with friends up from Nottingham. The rock covers band was okay, bar service was slow but the cask ales available were terrible. Ended up drinking bottles and shorts to get away from the awful beer! Things have definitely gone down hill at this pub. Not recommended unfortunately.
