Start and The Affordable Company gave my dad a dignified and lovely send off. At first contact with Stuart he carefully detailed what our options were and spent time finding out about the sort of man my dad was. He provided sensitive answers to mums questions, and together we came up with a service that met our needs. He paid attention to detail and pointed us in the direction of Florists & provided dad with a great send off. I would absolutely recommend the Affordable Funeral Company to anyone in need of funeral services.

Stuart and his team were supportive, professional and extremely understanding. They were also very reliable and went the extra mile to support family and friends every step of the way. I would strongly recommend them knowing hoe friendly, supportive and professional they are. My family and I are immeasurably grateful to them for the service they consistently provided to us.

The Affordable Funeral Company contact came from a recommendation from a relation. Stuart from the start at our initial family home meeting put the family at ease with the whole process and the procedure. I have attended many funerals and without question this was the most polished service provided so far and so very dignified. Every detail so brilliantly carried out to the family's wishes. Nothing was every a problem and the communication was also superb. Stuarts team are a credit to his business and my Mum not having a lot of money etc and so the affordable price made a huge difference between the three other funeral directors that we looked at who were nearly three thousand pounds higher than what we paid for a like for like service. I cannot recommend The Affordable Funeral Company and Stuart highly enough. KInd Regards Fred Kent.

After receiving such devastating news of our Mums passing we had the hard task of trying to choose a funeral directors, I began phoning around the well known ones that everyone has heard of and was really surprised that I could not have just one final price, everything seemed to added on as an extra which then came with an additional cost. This was such a hard task considering the situation we were in, it was after the third call I had made that we found an advert in The Rochdale Observer for a company called The Affordable Funeral Company. I phoned them and spoke to a man called Andy, he was really easy to talk to and answered every question I asked him plus he asked questions of myself that I had not even thought of, after this call we arranged a meeting at our father's address and a man called Stuart met us there. The impressions of the company just got better and better from then on, Stuart was very considerate, he did not rush ourselves through the first meeting and gave us as much time as we needed, he took our Mums outfit along with personal items that we wanted her to have with her on the very same day. He dealt with the coroner's office and transported our Mum to their company without a hitch or additional charge, Stuart was also on hand at any time from then to the funeral with any questions we needed answering. The funeral arrived 8th May 2018, Stuart arrived dressed impeccably with a top hat, long tailed jacket and cane, he walked Mums hearse out onto the main road then again on the arrival into the crematorium, he guided all the pallbearers which were all family members into the crematorium and placed all flowers around Mum. Everything we asked to be carried out in the service happened. What a fantastic professional company we had the pleasure of dealing with, I would not hesitate in using them again however I hope it's not for a very long time. I would highly recommend them and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Every moment from meeting Stuart to the service was excellent which made the day so easy to deal with. Family members thought it was brilliant service would not hesitate to recommend your company.
