I've had to speak up after being in silence and having to suffer with the pain in silence, l already have health problems and this  has added to list in a terrible way.

I have had pain for over 2 months in my  lower left jaw that for many weeks l wake up with pain that travel to my ear so I wake up with ear ache now, the pain spreads on the bottom when the pain was in 1 spot and also travels to the top of my mouth also and also because of a filling that was stuffed all the way up after an unnecessary hole was made last year in the tooth so im in pain all the time and l get constant head aches. 

I have had pain in the root of my jaw and when l went in for my treatment I was ignored many times. Im in pain severe pain and the pain scares me that something bad will happen that im constantly distressed. 
My crown came out so I went in to tge dentist so a temp filling was put in not properly which was last month and on that day it came out so I have been without a filling since last month but l need to eat. I've been in severe pain ever since my last appointment and I've been getting terrible thoughts as im constantly distressed over the pain and the fear if being ignored is still setting in even though I was advised in march I needed a root canal treatment by a private dentist who had to give me a root canal treatment because the dentist had  made a hole  in a tooth which was unnecessary abd it started to decay that I became distressed heavily. I fear the same thing will happen again. I need root canal treatment because the pain is getting severe and sore from the root.

This is a very friendly practice and very easy to get appointments.  But quality of treatment is ultimately what counts and unfortunately the treatment of NHS patients is very perfunctory indeed.  They're so keen to get you in and out that you're lucky if you can stay in there longer than five minutes.   The treatment I received was too casual, as ' everything's fine (it wasn't) and really good teeth (they weren't).  In short, can and should do much better

Very poor dentistry, I don't understand how this place is still open. My boyfriend had a botched filling done by them. We now have to pay again to have this redone by another dentist after months of pain. I know a friend who also has had the same problem with this dentist. 

The dentist rushes through your appointment, yet they never run on time, and never explain what they're doing to your teeth which is quite unnerving. 

Tried to call to cancel my next appointment but put through to voicemail even during opening hours.
