Great dentist i got in when they were taking patients in

I waited 2 months for an appointment to register here and wish I hadn't bothered. I tried to get in earlier for an emergencey appointment for an infected wisdom tooth but was told they couldn't fit me in despite offering this service on their website.

When I did go for my pre booked appointment the experience was just plain odd. The dentist looked in my mouth and x rayed my wisdom tooth at my request then just sat there. I asked him if he would actually be cleaning my teeth which was generally the whole point in me going and he said the machine was broken! I am unsure why this wasn't explained to me beforehand as I would have not bothered going in the first place.

I went to reception to book another appointment for my teeth to be cleaned and was told they could fit me in in over 2 months time. They charged me £20.60 and said the polish would be free in 2 months. To be honest doubts were really forming in my mind about this place.

When I got home I just thought I don't really want to go back the whole place is just weird and rang to cancel my next appointment and to also express my dissappointment with the whole experience. I also enquired about a refund due to them not actually doing the one thing I wanted which was to have my teeth cleaned. I was called back by the manager who is one of the most unpleasant, belligerent and condescending people I have had the misfortune in speaking to who refused to refund me.

Overall this place is a joke avoid at all costs

I just phoned them today 4th may 2017 to make an appointment they said to me next available an appointment on 20 of June I said way that far he said because you are not been here about 2 years, I said what is wrong I am registered whenever I have problem I make an appointment they said call 111, meaning that if you not making an appointment every month or few months we are punishing you.
