18th century public house suituated in Leek, Staffordshire moorlands

Story

We would like you to relax and unwind in the beautiful setting of the 18 century Abbey Inn, situated just outside of the Staffordshire Moorlands Town of Leek next to Tittesworth reservoir and 2 miles from Rudyard lake.

We vary our menus according to the seasons, our food is cooked from locally sourced fresh ingredients. All dishes are cooked in house by Julie and her team.

The Inn serves a mix of local and guest real ales (mostly from local small breweries) along with a carefully selected wine list, spirits and liqueurs.

The Inn has a dog friendly snug which keeps our dining room dog free. There is a large car park and spacious outside seating area.

We are on walking route number 7 which takes walkers to the dam end of Tittesworth reservoir.

Amazing food! Friendly, family run and orientated pub. Food was beautifully presented and cooked. Best Peppercorn sauce in the world! My 10 year old daughter was able to choose anything from the menu in a 10 year old portion size and she gave the food a 10 out of 10. Definitely worth a visit.

Would thoroughly recommend!!!! Really good food with proper portion sizes. Local beer fantastic and kept well, and the staff were very polite and attentive. We will be returning soon!!!!
