Don’t understand the poor reviews for this taxi company. They were pleasant to deal with, waited for us to return up at the assigned meeting place, drove us to the station and were just over half the price of another local taxi company. Everything you could wish for. No problems at all. Would use them again and would recommend them.
Pre Booked a taxi the night before for 7.30am. Never turned up and I missed my train. No answer on the phone either that morning. Also quoted me £5 more than the fare I took from the station although at the time I was told it would be the same price. Never book with these guys they are expensive and totally unreliable.
They seem to change there prices based on the weather. One price there almost 50% extra for on the way back. Taxi is nice and clean and the drivers drive nicely and not eratic. I wouldn't choose them again based on consistency over one night.
Kelly is always very helpful ,very friendly ,always available and I feel very safe travelling with her to the airport usually.
Excellent at forgetting your booking, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight. Not ideal if you are at a remote wedding venue with no alternative.
Not a lot of taxi companies in the area so they're a necessary evil.
