DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a helium balloon for my Mum's 80th birthday. It arrived totally deflated, and it was of such poor quality that I couldn't have given to her. I had to then source a new balloon at short notice costing me a further £35. I sent a email straight away with photos I have not had any reply and have left multiple messages on the voicemail and nobody has got back to me. Shockingly bad customer service. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade.
Amazing service and variety as well as quality of stock. A very big thank you to the wonderful girls who made balloons for my new baby nephew today 13/7/20. If management reads this please acknowledge your amazing staff!
Brilliant place with friendly and knowledgable staff. Went in to order a balloon for my mothers in law birthday, opted in for double bubble balloon with tulle. On Saturday received call to let me know balloon was ready and when picked it up I was not disappointed. It looked absolutely gorgeous. Mother in law was over the moon with it and well pleased. Week later its still up and haven't deflated one bit, still looks as good as it did on the day it was inflated. Would definitely recommend this shop, they have plenty of choices and staff are very helpful. Thank you again, will definitely be back
I arrived and was greeted with a warm welcome, promptly helped and shown designs of banners which i had a wide selection. I was told i could change anything and add what ever i requested. Ordered and out in 10 mins. Had i little issue with email.... im not good. Instructed the designer just to go ahead, his co workers informed me he would do a great job. Yes it was done on time and picked my banner up. Was very pleased with it. Thank you. Plenty of parking and great selection of party fun.
Shop managed to ruin a surprise birthday party by emailing a receipt out when I asked for no receipt. An honest mistake, but when I raised this with the staff, although apologetic, they did not really seem to care. When I asked why personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses were held for a number of year, I had last ordered from them over 3 years ago, the only answer I got was "I don't know". It is worrying that when ordering, I only gave a phone number and yet they managed to pull a historical email from an old order. Surely this is in breach of GDPR laws. Choice of balloons/party items was also very limited. Shop is mostly bare, with a couple of racks of cheap costumes and limited paper plates and cups.
disappointed to say the least! Spent over £60 and totally unhappy with the quality of these products! Atleast half of the balloons were unsuitable as I bought these a day early so I was organised and woke up the next morning deflated helium balloons!!! dont waste your money on these cheap quality balloons!
Great parking, friendly staff who greet you om arrival, beautiful balloons made into displays on show, hundreds of different balloons for all occasions and all price ranges. Balloons can be personalised, with names or feathers, glitter etc.
Absolutely first class service,the ladies where all very lovely and went beyond and above to help me out.i went in with a crying baby and they accommodated me very well,I fed the baby and they did everything I went in for even helping to put the balloons on the pram securely so they don't blow off.Service with a smile and just made you feel at home, thumbs up to them.
Good selection of fancy dress outfits and accessories. Nice because you can see the quality you are getting before committing unlike online shopping that tends to send out things that look like at 5year old put it together
Amazing stuff, so many things to choose from, great staff, very helpful
