Thanks to the guys at Fun World aka “Harry Styles help line” after what was turning into a fruitless search for cowboy hats the guys at the shop came through with the goods, my daughter and her friend are chuffed they now have their hats for the concert. Would definitely recommend them.

Went and got a halloween costume. Didn’t realise it in the store but I had hired trousers that had been torn from the backside. They don’t pay attention to the quality of their hire and will refuse a refund if they successfully fool you to take faulty clothing. Avoid it unless you have no other option. Very poor costumer service they just love to butter you up.

Staff Rosie, and the young guy, Mike? were excellent help and very friendly. You can buy OR hire some really quality costumes, and the one I hired was tenfold better in quality, fitting, and appearance than anything similarly priced on Amazon. Also, you can try on the costume before you part with cash in their fitting rooms! I received a great service, was so pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need any costumes or dress up stuff.

Felt lady was pretty abrupt regarding costumes. Other lady was OK . Didn't feel get chance to just look around though.

Took my boy yesterday for a grim reaper costume and the lady put it on him to try it out... The boss guy is brand new too. They could not have been any nicer.. cheers

The lady and man I spoke to on the phone could not have been any nicer if they tried . The store closed at 6:30pm , I called at 6:15pm to find a costume for my 8 yr old Daughter who had to dress up as something from the horrible history books ..the very next day ...!!!  the only costume they had was PERFECT . A WW1 style nurse . But as the store was closing and I would not get there on time I thought that was me goosed .... But NO ! They called me back and the man was getting a train to a station near me and said he would meet me to get my daughter her costume ... well OMG IM SO SO GRATEFUL   Thank you so so so much . I cannot recommend this place and especially the staff enough . Thank you so much  I have a happy daughter which means an easy night  Thank you  xx Lorraine and Elise Scott x

I very rarely buy in the shop but on this occasion I had truly excellent shopping expierence and will be back when we need another costume. Staff were very friendly and helped me and my wife to choose perfect costumes and also helped my wife to dress in her custome as we were heading straight to party.  I would strongly recommend the shop which has a large selection of customs in stock also customer service is excellent!

Went to get a costume on the Halloween weekend, says open till 7 arrive at 18:15 to find it shut. Trecked from Stirling kids crying and Halloween now ruined.

bad service towards friends of mine refusing them costumes  claiming kids outfits cant be hired out for Adult party yet was told kids party was for tonight adult party was next weekend ,irrespective whether both parties were tonight as you were being paid for a request no way to treat customers in this way my friends were Reg Wade and Saffi Wallace and children all let down at last minute hope your proud.
