My father stayed there the last 5 years of his life. I cannot say too many good things about them. The staff are truly special, caring and professional. They always accommodated our visiting times from the states. They communicated with us and were always available to discuss any needs. Our family greatly appreciated the care my dad received here.

Our family have experienced, 1/breeches in their security.n2/ lack of cleanlinessn3/ staff not fully trained to deal with individual requirementsn5/ Extremely slow to respond to the call buttonn6/ Food mostly inedible,and served cold.n7/ residents put to bed as early as 6.15pm, when they have o my just had their tea

My dad sadly passed away at thalassa nursing home  on 26 th June but he was   Cared for so well in his last 9 months of life there . The staff show so much care and compassion  and to the family as well

My husband recently passed away at Thalassa, I cannot praise the staff enough for their care, attention and kindness to both my husband and me, what a super team,  the communication and professionalism is second to none. Thank you all so much.

Every staff member has worked really hard to make sure our grandad was comfortable in his year at Thalassa.
