Worked with PCL across a large number of shared mutual customers and they provide excellent service and communications.  Shailesh Bhudia in particular in their tech support team has been invaluable and willing to go the extra mile to help me help our mutual customers.

Our Company been dealing with PCL from More than 5 Years. Sarah Lyons was main contact person who helped a lot while fixing any issue for the Portal and Telephone line connection.

We decided to make the switch with our communications for the business it was a breeze. Sarah in the office was a delight to work with and I enjoyed dealing with her on the phone. Very professional and great customer service skills. The engineers were also good, especially Connor who was hilarious  We are happy with the whole process and service. 10/10
