Hmm what to say... I think I will be honest like always and I have to say that this place it's definitely overpriced. You can get better food around in this price range. Inside decor just ok but nothing special. Thai dishes just average and I have never seen fine chopped lemon grass inside any dish in my life. Soup tastes like canned coconut milk .. and beef fried rice contains only few pieces of beef. It's not bad review.. just wake up call to maybe change things around? I will rate this place as average...

The nicest, freshest Thai I have ever had in the UK, superb quality, the vegetables have crunch and taste fresh and the chicken is always perfectly done as with the duck, portion sizes are huge, if not a big eater 1 curry/1 noodle dish is enough for 2 as is the rice! I always got this Thai as a takeaway, delivery was always on time or early and food still very hot.

Amazing restaurant, especially now they're at a new location across the road with more space was a bit cramped before. Super food, everything tasted absolutely amazing and great menu for everyone. Staff are incredibly nice, cannot rate them high enough. Hope to see this place thrive, especially since they serve delicious bubble tea.Food: 5/5

Terrible service, first order didn’t get delivered, then had to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive and to top that off some items where missing. When I called they told me they will be more careful next time and nothing they could do! Shame as I used to love this place!

Randomly found this place whilst wandering around the town. Ordered a cup of Thai milk tea. Very authentic flavour Love it. It’s in a huge cup as well!

A small restaurant owned by a lovely Thai couple. We had Thai spring rolls, prawn toast, stir fried chicken with basil and chill rice, beef noodle soup, all of them are authentic and tasty. But the rice dish is a bit too spicy for us. Happy to find a hidden gem, we will happily return :

The food tested ok but they seems to have issues with Price integrity. And when you asked them to explain their price as in my case I felt over charged more than what's on their own website, they couldn't make sense and they rather got angry. I will never buy their food again.

Omg just ordered came in good time however know way what I got was that much money , please don’t order salt and pepper chips very smal box frozen chips and very sad a soggy.. sticky rice was the worst I’ve ever had..

This restaurant was the best restaurant in Preston until the new chef came. I’m so sad that the taste has changed so much and I can’t have the previous taste.

I am not a takeaway food connoisseur, so I don't go out often. But I love good food that has a balanced flavour and great seasoning. I've been to Thai Royal several times and will be coming back, because their vegetables are full of colour not overcooked, their sauces are very flavourful and seasoned well. Thai Royal gives justice to Thai food. Exceptional!
