I had a really pleasant stay at the Premier Inn and was impressed by the comfort and quality throughout my visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, truly living up to its reputation as a “luxury bed.” The mattress was soft yet supportive, with clean linens and plush pillows, making it easy to enjoy a deep and restful sleep.nnThe room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.nnThe food was another highlight of the stay. The food was fresh, tasty, and great value for money. Service during meals was smooth, and staff were polite and helpful.nnOverall, Premier Inn provides an excellent balance of comfort, quality food, and value. It’s a great choice for both short and long stays, whether travelling for business or leisure. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
The room was lovely and the staff were really friendly. The food in the restaurant was lovely, however on my last morning there was nobody on reception or in the reception. I was waiting to be seated as the sign requests for about 10 minutes before I gave up and sat myself. Thankfully i already had a meal deal paid for, but anyone could have walked in. The hotel itself was lovely inside but I did feel slightly uneasy walking to and from the hotel due to the area, especially as a young girl on my own.
Service in restaurant really bad dinner time 3 guest in restaurant 1 manager and 2 front of house staff no reason for we wait 1h for food drinks after 20 min taking the order, pizza come first and after 15 20 min come smothered chicken cold obviosly and after another 10min 15 min another plate ridiculous the point to go for restaunrant is eat all toghter the manager needs a lot of training apoligesed for the wait was not enough no action, guest promise are rheir for reason 20 min to sort my bill with just 3 guest in restaurant not a full restaurant not full hotel we book a table for 18h00 we left around 21h30 is just ridiculous.i can't do a riview without a start otherwise wouldn't ever give 1 start never ever again . But i most breakfast fantastic just one team member a gentlamen working and was doing fantastic and very welcoming.
Great location. Access to amenities once you get orientated. Shops, market all close to hand. Walking distance to train station. Taxi office out side front door if you need to travel further a field. We had an accessible room. It was large with nice low bed and bath, plenty of grab rails in bathroom. Fairly quiet.
Me and my Mum stayed here over the weekend, from the 8th of November until the 9th of November, and I must say that we were very impressed. The location was perfect, with everything being within walking distance. The room quality was to a very high standard and we felt so comfortable and safe. The room was also very quiet at all times. Our experience in this hotel was really heightened through the service delivered by both Ismail and Phoenix; they provided phenomenal customer serivce, as did all the cleaners that we spoke to and the morning restaurant staff. All staff members are such hard workers, and I cannot thank them all enough for just how special they made this trip for us. Thank you!
