The fuel is extremely expensive here! The shell app you are encouraged to use offer very little in the way of discount for being a returning customer.

It’s beyond me how someone can make something as simple as customer service feel so downright hostile. Every single time I have the misfortune of dealing with her—whether it’s for fuel or an Evri parcel—I’m hit with the same miserable attitude. She makes it painfully clear that serving customers is beneath her, and your presence is nothing more than an annoyance. At this point, I’d take a self-service machine—cold, impersonal, and still a significant improvement.
