Decent fuel station / convenience store. Very decent and friendly staff and did a amazing job yesterday controlling the huge amount of cars visiting yesterday to panic buy fuel. Good garage 100%
latest manager is aggressive, rude and unfair, will not allow you to get more money from shop for car wash. Threatens to ban you if you do. There is no other parking to get out of car and get funds. Wouldn't even look me in the eye, appalling customer service, dismissive, sexist. I have been going there for half a decade and never had this problem. He spoke broken English, was disrespectful, sarcastic and claimed he was the manager. Mate if your the manager, you obviously haven't had proper training to deal with customers appropriately nor are you up to date with customer rights and treatment. I personally felt sick with the way I was treated as he was much bigger than me. Will be spreading it far and wide that no one... especially females should approach this car wash. The petrol station staff on the other hand are wonderful.
Shop always untidy and on more than one occasion has been very rude to me and my partner . Very aggressive manager . This used to be my local petrol station and go to for food etc , I can assure you I won’t be going back and after I spoken to friends and family neither will they . Get a different franchisee in quickly before the business goes under
I put diesel in my van, paid for it, they said thank you, I said cheers pard, I drove off with a full tank, happy days!!
Not enough room between spaces for fueling. Has a jet wash, Hoover, and air machines which I always prefer to use rather than other places. Also accepts Nectar card for points.
3rd visit this week when they refused to take Hermes parcels that had been previously booked and paid for online.
