AVOID! Awful experience - tried to return a parcel waited in a long queue leaned over to the machine to try to print a label whilst I waited but the sales man shouted that he needed to scan it so I duly stood back in the queue and then he yelled infront of the shop full of people that he would not scan it until I went to the back of the queue!! It’s was embarrassing so everyone in the line said don’t be ridiculous just stay where you are. The chap scanned it and then as I was leaving the shop he yelled ‘in fact no I’m not returning it for you I’ve un-scanned it’!! I walked out in disbelief everyone was in absolutely shock - I’ve checked the return account online and it is now saying that they the item is missing !!!!! He’s a nutcase!! Not sure how I’m going to receive the parcel as I darent go back in !! Horrific I’ve been using the fuel station for 15 years!! If they don’t like dealing with the parcels why register to???
I believe the Manager’s name is Mike who gave my husband abuse about scanning his purchases the other Sunday. My husband has confidence issues after having a Laryngectomy and was consequently BANNED from filling up with fuel there by this vile Manager. After speaking to Ross who was so sympathetic to the matter and had restored our faith in humanity. Ross is absolutely lovely and we both now refuel when horrible Mike isn’t there. Ross for Manager please
I went in to put air in my tyre but couldn't get the right pressure. I went inside. There was an Indian man behind the counter. I explained to him and asked him various questions and told him I couldn't get it to work. What a rude and disgusting man! He said he was not an engineer and couldn't help by which he shouted " get out of my shop you ugly women" I'm appalled and shocked Never have I experienced anything like it. I shall for sure NOT be giving him my business!
Similar experience to previous lady. Asked for some help to scan code as I didn't have a clue! Rude intimidating couldn't be bothered attitude from staff member. Sop empty and no one on forecourt. Told me he was busy! Hermes really? Should you be using this outlet?
I have been coming here for the last five years after dropping my daughters off at school. The Gentleman called Jav is always happy to help and has a genuine smile, the service I receive is excellent and choose to come to this garage over others in the area because of Jav.
Went in to return a Hermes Parcel. Parked on the forecourt as there was no fuel and it was very early so there was no one around. The man agreed I could park there but asked me to park in a bay next time to which I said no problem. The machine was not working and kept freezing, so it was taking longer than usual to process a return. He then proceeded to shout at me and tell me to "hurry up"!. He was very aggressive and intimidating. He told me to "report him as he doesn't care". Don't offer returns as an ancillary service if its a problem! Horrendous service, felt very intimidated.
Incredibly rude. This used to be my go to place to drop off hermes parcels. I had one bad experience a few months ago but put it down to one person having a bad day but I have just had a second bad experience where a member of a staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's like they see people dropping off parcels as an inconvenience rather than customers. Avoid and go to Tesco Express down the road.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to the garage this morning and never have come across someone so unpleasant and unhelpful. Multiple time I have experienced this with the same staff member. Would avoid.
Possibly the worst customer service EVER!! Needed assistance with a Hermes parcel return, the man behind the counter was rude and aggressive with no intention of assisting with the process even though I explained that I hadn't used the system before. If you need top return or send a parcel in Alderley go to the post office its a much friendlier environment and the staff are really helpful.
